You may request a return or refund within 14 days from the delivery date.
After this period, returns are accepted only if the item has a manufacturing defect.

Return Conditions:

  • The original receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.

  • Items will be inspected before approval.

Exceptions:
The following products cannot be returned unless defective:

  • Damaged products caused by misuse.

  • Health or hygiene-related products, cosmetics, or underwear.

  • Products missing tags, packaging, or accessories.

Refund Method:

  • Refunds will be made to the same payment method used at purchase.

  • Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping Costs:

  • If the return is due to a store error or a defective item, P4Sale covers the return shipping.

  • If the return is for other reasons (e.g., change of mind), the customer bears the shipping costs.
